Innovation Campus of NTU “KhPI” (Innovation Campus) is an innovative educational program, developed by a team of Ukrainian IT specialists in collaboration with NTU “KhPI”. The concept of the program is a transition from declarative schemes, which are based on the extraction of knowledge, to project schemes, which are aimed at the practical development of products and systems. This is a fundamentally new system of training that will ensure bachelor’s training at a high international level.
The program is covered for 4 years. After the first year of training at KhPI (entry to specialty, development of fundamental disciplines), students undergo a competitive selection (4-stage marathon) to become a participant in the project training program (2nd-3rd year of training), based on the principles of gamification that peer-to-peer (speaking on peers). The Fourth River is dedicated to the study of subjects, practice, and diploma work at NTU “KhPI”. The work of the “Innovation Campus” of NTU “KhPI” started in the spring of 2019. The participants in the project were students from two departments: Software Engineering and Intelligent Control Technologies, Computer Engineering and Programming.
The project is being implemented jointly by the rector of NTU “KhPI” Evgen Sokol and the founder of the UFuture holding and innovative parks UNIT. City near Kyiv and Kharkiv, the head of Naglyadova for the sake of NTU “KhPI” Vasyl Khmelnitsky.
At the beginning of 2022, with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, a new cluster will be opened for the implementation of the Innovation Campus program, with a double surface area – over 2700 square meters.
For example, in 2022 A unique program for the training of IT specialists at the innovative campus of NTU “KhPI” was awarded a light “srible” in the hall of illumination. She took part in another place among the best projects in Europe at the international competition QS-Wharton Reimagine Education Awards 2022.
